The hotel has a huge Z-shaped balcony, offering comfortable rooms with air conditioning and a large balcony, along with fresh towels supplied. The service from receptionists to the managerial staff like Pedro was exceptional, consistently greeting us with warm hospitality. The location is perfect, right in the center of lovely Cala Dor, close to shops and beach entertainment. The dining experience was great, with just a small hiccup regarding cereals. The facilities overall were top-notch.

The hotel was fantastic. The rooms were clean and comfy with a lovely view, and the TV had cBeebies to keep the wee ones entertained. The staff, especially Pedro the general manager, were incredibly welcoming and provided exceptional service. The location was beautiful, set in gardens with warm clear water nearby. The dining experience was good with Sicilian cunzato bread. The facilities were top-notch, making my stay enjoyable and convenient.
